Homemade body products!!
I have been able to make and use all 4 of these natural body products!! Not only do they save money but work GREAT and are way healthier than store bought brands! Yes, some of them don't smell as lovely as store bought kinds... but they do the job, and it's nice to know I'm not putting yucky chemicals on my skin and hair.

Iced Spiced Chocolate... solution to your chocolate/coffee craving!
Here is a healthier drink I created that satisfies my chocolate and caffeine cravings and reminds me a bit of a mocha latte!
- 2 cups cold organic milk
-2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
-Dash of cloves and cinnamon
-Lots of ice cubes
Melt the chocolate in a pan, then mix with the milk! Or heat milk/chocolate for a hot chocolate version. Mix in spices and ice cubes and drink with a straw! Enjoy! Tasty and healthier than your typical mocha latte.

Spinach is one of several veggies that aids your body in getting rid of toxins. And avocados are a great source of healthy fat... something our bodies need! You can say bye bye to low fat diets and hello to healthy fat!
